Refund & Exchange Policy

At Jawharah Jewels, we value your trust and satisfaction. Each piece of our jewellery is crafted with care and attention to detail. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our simple exchange and refund policy.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • Customers can exchange for another product of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, must be paid).

  • Exchange is available only once per order.

  • The cost of return shipping for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of defective or wrong items received.

  • Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the parcel, with unboxing video proof clearly showing the issue.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

  • Change of mind or dislike of the product does not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale, clearance, or custom-made orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.


How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  1. Customers are requested to record a complete unboxing video while opening the parcel to be eligible for any refund or exchange.

  2. Contact us on our official Instagram or WhatsApp with your order number and unboxing video.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
